

Postage and Returns...
All orders from Stella Hacienda are packaged and posted plastic free. The packages are then posted via Australia Post - standard delivery. Occasionally an item may not be in stock – in which case Stella Hacienda will inform the customer within 24 hours about product or delivery delays. Stella Hacienda aims to post your order within 2-3 working days from my home business based in Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia.

Please allow 7 - 14 days for delivery from when an order has been processed by Postal Staff at an Australian Post Customer Centre.

Contactless Delivery & Authority-To-Leave
​
Australia Post delivers all parcels with contactless delivery, not requiring any signature. By choosing 'Authority-To-Leave' or 'Safe Drop' you take responsibility should the order go missing after it is delivered. If no-one is at home when Australia Post or the courier delivers, you may receive a 'calling card' explaining where to collect the parcel from the Post Office or local collection point. If no-one will be at home during the day, having delivered to your work address may be a good idea.

Loss and Damages

It is your responsibility to advise Stella Hacienda should an order delivery be late, incorrect or damaged. Please contact Stella Hacienda by email. Should an order be lost in transit, damaged or incorrect, Stella Hacienda may not send replacement items immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion following Stella Hacienda's investigations.

Stella Hacienda will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
