Please retain your emailed or print-out receipt as proof of purchase should you require a refund, exchange or credit within 14 days. It is important that you retain your email Receipt as proof of purchase.

​ITEM RETURN

You will be responsible for paying your own postage costs for returning products. Postage costs are non-refundable. All items returned must be done so within 14 days of receiving it. ​Stella Hacienda  recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as I cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.

CHANGE-OF-MIND  RETURNS

Stella Hacienda  is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you should have a 'change-of-mind' about your purchase. For 'change-of-mind' items, the products must be in a saleable condition, unused, and unopened in their original packaging. Stella Hacienda  will not pay for the Return Postage for 'change-of-mind' products.

NOTE: the following items cannot be returned due to 'change-of-mind' (because of hygiene reasons).

• Skincare products;

• Body and hygiene products;

• Leather cleaning and conditioning products.

SALE ITEMS

Online items that are marked 'Sale'  cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, unless they are found to have a genuine fault. There will be no store credit available on Sale Items.

PRODUCT CONCERNS

If you have received an incorrect item/s, a faulty item/s, or the item/s has been damaged in transit please contact Stella Hacienda  directly by emailing  enquiries.stellahacienda@gmail.com

 

Please Note: Stella Hacienda  has a 7 day exchange policy if the goods are deemed faulty/damaged. If 7 days has passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a store credit or exchange. To be eligible, the items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
